Artist Joe Belt grew up in West
Texas with an eye for composition and a love of the outdoors. He trained
in the fine arts at Texas Tech University. His art has been shown
nationally and collected in half a dozen foreign countries. Joe works
with many subjects, such as wildlife, portraits, and ranch life, but is
best known for his highly detailed pencil drawings of Native American
subjects throughout North American.
Joe currently lives in Columbus, GA and his most recent drawings have
concentrated on the native cultures of the Southeast. He is a charter
member and on the board of directors of the National Western Art
Association and a member of the American Academy of Fine Arts. |
